GREENWICH, Conn. — Long delays were reported Wednesday morning on the New Haven Line after a person was hit by a train in Port Chester, N.Y., Metro-North said.
Service between Rye and Greenwich is experiencing delays of 30 to 40 minutes at 7:45 a.m. Wednesday, Metro-North said.
Customers at Rye, Port Chester and Greenwich who want to travel eastbound must board a westbound train to Harrison to catch a train for eastbound service.
No further information was released on the incident by Metro-North.
