GREENWICH, Conn. Katherine Neilsen, a longtime Greenwich resident, died Feb. 4. She was 94.
Neilsen was born July 6, 1917, to Carmela Musemici and Carmelo Manuli. She lived in Greenwich for over 50 years. Neilsen worked in the food service industry, at Manero Restaurant, Greenwich Country Club and the Milbrook Club.
Neilsen is survived by her sister, Frances Provanzano; daughters Nickie Altomaro and Kathie Scarella; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Feb. 7.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Nathaniel Witherell, 70 Parsonage Rd. in Greenwich.
