Greenwich Woman Arrested For Threatening Family

A 47-year-old Greenwich woman was arrested Monday after she pushed a 9-year-old child and threatened to kill members of her family at their Old Mill Road home. The victims told police the woman was drunk when she pushed the child to the floor. She also allegedly locked a 15-year-old out of the house before threatening to kill the family when they locked themselves in a bathroom. She was charged with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to minor and threatening. She was being held on a $5,000 bond and was due in court on Tuesday.

? A 21-year-old Greenwich man was arrested Monday on domestic violence charges after hitting a woman with a face cleaner container. She received minor facial injuries. He was charged with assault and disorderly conduct. He was being held on a $2,500 bond and was due in court Tuesday.

? Edward Thomas Murray, 26, of 412 Munro Ave. in Mamaroneck, N.Y., was arrested in Greenwich Monday on DWI charges. He was allegedly driving on Ritch Avenue facing oncoming traffic without his lights on. He was found with glassy eyes, slurred speech and smelled of alcohol, police said. He failed a series of field sobriety tests and was arrested on charges of DWI, improper parking and failure to have lights lit and devices illuminated. He posted a $250 bond and is due in court on April 18.
