Greenwich Teen Charged in iPod Theft at YMCA

A 15-year-old Greenwich teen was arrested on larceny charges Sunday for allegedly stealing an iPod and headphones from the YMCA on East Putnam Avenue. On March 21, officers were alerted of the alleged theft and investigated three suspects before the teen was identified. He was given a juvenile summons to appear in court April 19.

Also from the Greenwich Police Department:

• Two teenage Greenwich boys were arrested last week on the charge of breach of peace because of disorderly conduct. Police were called to Greenwich High School after a 14-year-old student and a 15-year-old student were allegedly fighting after an afternoon class. Each teen was issued a juvenile summons on the charge of breach of peace. They are due in court April 12.
