Greenwich Opens Warming Stations

With freezing rain in the forecast until Wednesday afternoon, Greenwich residents are at high risk for power outages. Make sure you know where the town-designated warming stations are located in town, just in case.   • Greenwich Library open during regular business hours Main Greenwich Library, 101 W. Putnam Ave.: Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 1 to 5 p.m.

Byram Shubert Library, Mead Avenue, open Monday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Tuesday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Wednesday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Thursday noon to 8 p.m.; Friday and Saturday 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Cos Cob Library, 5 Sinawoy Road, Monday noon to 8 p.m.; Tuesday to Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Perrot Memorial Library, 90 Sound Beach Ave. Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Sunday 1 to 5 p.m.
