Greenwich Nursing Home Worker Assaulted

GREENWICH, Conn. – A Bridgeport woman visiting the Greenwich Woods Nursing Home Monday was charged with assaulting a worker there, police said.

Olivia Marie Adams, 33, of 1308 Madison Ave., was charged with assault and disorderly conduct and released on a $1,000 bond. She is due in court Nov. 7.

Also from the police blotter:

• Oleg Polozov, 45, of 52 Ute Place 2, Greenwich, was arrested Sunday in connection with a domestic violence incident and charged with violating a protective order, police said. He was released on a $1,000 bond and was due in court Monday.

•Jose Aguirre, 40, of 28 Grace Church St., Port Chester, was arrested in Greenwich Saturday and charged with violation of a protective order. He was being held on a $25,000 bond and was due in court Monday.

• Two teenage boys were arrested in Greenwich Saturday on drug possession charges. Police said they found 12 grams of marijuana on the teens, one 16, the other 17. They were arrested on charges of possession of less than 0.5 ounce of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were also charged with misrepresentation of a controlled substance when police found a container with individually wrapped white pills that were found to be alavert, an over-the-counter allergy medication.
