Greenwich Man Issued Summons in Alleged Spitting

A 20-year-old from Cos Cob was issued a summons Monday after allegedly spitting in a person's face during a verbal argument. Ari Ellenbogen, of 30 Sinawoy Road, was charged with disorderly conduct and was due in court Tuesday.

Also from the police blotter:

• Immacula Plaismond, 55, of 110 Havemeyer Place, Greenwich, was issued a misdemeanor summons after driving her car onto a curb during a snowstorm, police said. Plaismond lost control of her car while making a left turn onto Milbank Avenue, crossed over both lanes of traffic and mounted a curb.

Investigating police found the vehicle's registration had been suspended Jan. 27. She was given a summons on charges of no insurance and having an unregistered motor vehicle. She is due in court March 9.
