Greenwich Man Held As Fugitive

A Greenwich man was charged as a fugitive from justice Tuesday after Greenwich police found there was a warrant out for his arrest involving a sexual assault in Portland, Ore. Earl Anthony Marson, 48, of 64 William St., was being held on a $750,000 bond and was due to appear in court on Wednesday.

Brian Matthew Larocco, 22, of 40 East Purdy Road in Norwalk, was arrested last week in Greenwich after police allegedly found 21 packages of heroin in his vehicle when he was stopped on Ritch Avenue. He was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, criminal attempt at sale of narcotics, conspiracy at possession of narcotics, conspiracy at possession of narcotics with intent to sell, conspiracy at sale of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Thursday.

? Karissa Noel Willett, 19, of 14 Urban St. in New Canaan, was arrested last week in Greenwich during a motor vehicle stop on charges of conspiracy at possession of narcotics, conspiracy at possession of narcotics with intent to sell and conspiracy at sale of narcotics. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Thursday.
