A Greenwich man turned himself in Thursday on a warrant stemming from the allegedly stealing from a house in which he had been staying in November. Robert Brockmann, 22, allegedly took Tiffany jewelry, silverware and a silver tray from a North Street home. He was arrested on charges of second-degree larceny and third-degree larceny. Brockmann was released on $300 bond and is due in court March 3.

Jose I. Velasquez, 47, of 71 Vinci Drive, Greenwich, was arrested Friday after allegedly stealing a checkbook and forging the account holder's signature multiple times from November to January. He made the checks out to cash, police said. He was arrested on 18 counts of third-degree forgery, 18 counts of third-degree identity theft and fourth-degree larceny. He was held on $150,000 bond and is due in court March 4.
Andrew J. Rio, 29, of 1514 Henry Ave., Mamaroneck, N.Y., was arrested in Greenwich on Sunday on drunken-driving charges after he was stopped for allegedly running a red light and crossing over the double yellow line on North Water Street. Rio failed field sobriety tests and was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, failure to obey red light and unsafe movement. He was held on $250 bond and is due in court March 7.
