Money.net is a complete, institutional-grade financial platform. The terminal has been installed as a standalone desktop application on the first floor and is available to patrons by reservation.
Money.net launched in 2014 with the goal of empowering investors and traders with institutional level real-time information and tools. This includes real-time US equity prices, options, international equities, foreign exchange, bond and commodity futures.
Money.net also includes a professional technical charting system, live breaking market news, an Excel API to update spreadsheets with live feeds and updatable historical data, graphical market analytics, and more, all in one place.
Andy Bodrog, director of sales from Money.net, will conduct a training session on how to use the new platform Friday, March 11, from 11 a.m. to noon in the library meeting room. No registration required.
Patrons can sign up to use either the Money.net or Bloomberg terminals in person at the main reference desk, or in advance by calling 203-622-7910. Reservations can be made on the same day or one day ahead and are limited to one hour per day, per user, beginning on the hour.
