GREENWICH, Conn. A Greenwich landlord was arrested Saturday after he shut off the power to his tenants apartment on Den Lane to try to get them to move out, police said.
In addition, landlord James Drufovka, 41, of 493 Den Lane in Greenwich, refused to leave his tenants apartment after being told to, police said.
Drufovka was charged with interfering with a police investigation and violation of home health requirements. He was being held on a $1,000 bond and is due in court April 16.

James C. Thomas, 34, of 45 Traverse Ave. #6E in Port Chester, N.Y., was charged with disorderly conduct Saturday in Greenwich when an argument with his girlfriend turned physical, police said. He was released on a promise to appear in court later that day.
Jonathan Rich, 35, of 35 Orchard St. was charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct Saturday when he became verbally abusive and punched holes in a door, police said. Officer said he was intoxicated. He was being held on a $1,000 bond and was due in court Monday.
Thomas Salamone, 35, of 56 Elmont Ave. in Port Chester, N.Y., was arrested last week on charges of evading responsibility and unsafe movement in connection with a hit and run investigation. He was released on a $500 bond and is due in court Wednesday.
