Greenwich Holding Several Flu Vaccination Clinics

GREENWICH, Conn. — You have several chances next month to get your flu vaccination through the town of Greenwich. 

The flu begins spreading in early fall, says the Greenwich Department of Health, which recommends that everyone six months and older get vaccinated.

Only those nine-years-old and older can get flu vaccinations at the following Greenwich Department of Health Clinics: 

Oct. 4: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Senior Health Fair, Eastern Greenwich Civic Center, 90 Harding Road, Old Greenwich.

Oct. 11: 3 to 6 p.m., Greenwich Town Hall, 101 Field Point Road. 

Oct. 17: 3 to 6 p.m., Eastern Greenwich Civic Center, 90 Harding Road, Old Greenwich.

Oct. 25: 3 to 6 p.m., Bendheim Western Greenwich Civic Center, 449 Pemberwick Road.

Oct. 30: 2 to 5 p.m., Greenwich Town Hall, 101 Field Point Road. 

The town will be giving the Flu Zone High-Dose vaccine, which is designed especially for those 65 and older.
