Mary Ann Morrison, the president and chief executive of the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce for the past 11 years, has resigned from her post, board of directors chairman Jeff Weber confirmed.
"We're currently finalizing the date of her departure and we certainly wish her well," he said.
According to Weber, Morrison tendered resignation last week, though further details on her departure have not been released.
The chambers board will meet next Thursday and a search committee for Morrisons successor will be formed by the end of the week, Weber said.
Morrison could not be reached for comment.
