Gisela T. Horine of Greenwich died Sept. 27 at Nathaniel Witherell. She was 95. Horine moved to town in 1947. She called Havemeyer Park her home and spent 57 years tending to her garden there. Horine also worked as assistant to the president at Dunham & Smith Agency. The military resale agency was previously in Greenwich.
She is survived by her daughters, Barbara Smith, Patricia Cameron and Diane Shorey; grandchildren, Matthew Smith, Michael Smith, Catherine Hylinski, Suzanne Messina, Lisa Bancroft, Linda Arbour, Timothy, Eric and Cystal Shorey; and 12 great-grandchildren. There will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
