GREENWICH, Conn. Two men and two women were arrested on various charges Tuesday after gunshots were reportedly fired on Miller Motorcars in Greenwich last week.
The source of the gunshots could not be determined at the time. But Saturday, employees of Miller Motorcars found several bullet holes in the side of the building.
An investigation by the Detective Division led to the arrest of Kevin Joyce, 41, of 12 Livingston Place; Gary Kevin Thomas, of West Putnam Avenue; Jami Lemke, 27, of 33 N. Hawthorne St.; and Arielle Blume, 22, of 59 Wilbur Peck Court.
All four were intoxicated at the time, and Joyce and Thomas are ex-convicts, said Lt. Kraig Gray, spokesman for the Greenwich Police Department. Thomas had been arrested on an unrelated incident and taken to Bridgeport Correctional Facility before he was charged in this incident. Police obtained a search warrant and found the firearm used in the shooting, Gray said.
Thomas was charged with criminal possession of a firearm, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief, unlawful discharge of a firearm and breach of peace. He was held on $100,000 bond and was due in court May 16.
Joyce was charged with criminal possession of a firearm, reckless endangerment and interfering with an officer, both misdemeanors. He was held on $100,000 bond and is due in court May 16.
Lemke and Blume were charged with interfering with an officer and are due in court May 16.
