Trevor Lattimore, a former Greenwich High School football star who helped lead his team to the 2008 Fairfield County Interscholastic Athletic Conference Championship, was sentenced Wednesday in state Superior Court to a year in jail for robbing a man.
David Applegate, Assistant State's Attorney, said Lattimore, 19, pleaded guilty and has already started serving his sentence. According to published reports, Lattimore and two accomplices approached the victim and threatened him with a gun. The three men were initially charged with third-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery.
Lattimore's criminal history dates back to 2007 and includes criminal trespass, sixth-degree larceny and violation of probation.
