Does Greenwich Need Another Pharmacy?

It's hard to miss the construction site as you drive south on West Putnam Avenue in Greenwich. The under-construction two-story building will be partially occupied by CVS. The chain pharmacy is set to open in summer, but does Greenwich already have more pharmacies than it needs?
