GREENWICH, Conn. — A crash on I-95 south just over the New York border at Exit 21 is causing traffic tie-ups back into Greenwich, the Connecticut Department of Transportation said
Traffic is jammed Tuesday on southbound I-95 near Exit 4 for Indian Field Road in Greenwich due to a crash in New York State.

The traffic backup goes back nearly 5 miles to Exit 5 for the Post Road in Greenwich, DOT said.
It was not clear when the scene would be cleared, DOT said.
