Bridge Maintenance Work Begins Monday On I-684 In Greenwich

GREENWICH, Conn. -- Bridge maintenance work will be performed on I- 684 North in Greenwich starting Monday, according to the Connecticut Department of Transportation website.

The project consists of bridge deck repair on the bridge over the Byram River in Greenwich. Work will continue through Friday, May 17.

Motorists can expect lane closures on I-684 northbound between Exit 2 and Exit 3, the DOT said. Traffic control personnel and signs will be used to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is from 8 a.m. to 3:30 a.m. weekdays.

The schedule may be changed or modified due to weather delays or other issues.
