Boy Charged With Breaking School Window

A Greenwich High student and his mother were issued a juvenile summons on charges of criminal mischief in the second degree after the 14-year-old punched and broke a window at the school Friday. The window's value was approximately $350. The youth is to appear in court on Dec. 21.

Also from the police department:

 Matthew Coleman Feeney, 20, of 50 Rockmere in Old Greenwich and Andrew S Fisher, 21, of 24 Zaccheus Mead Ln. in Greenwich were arrested Tuesday on charges of possession of marijuana and intent to sell marijuana. Fisher was driving erratically when police stopped him. The car smelled of marijuana and the Fisher admitted to having marijuana and a "grinder" in the car, both of which were found by police. Feeney was found to be in possession of four large freezer bags of marijuana, one of which contained 14 smaller bags. The marijuana weighed in at four ounces. Both were arrested and are due in court on Dec. 21.
