A Greenwich man who had been "unruly" while being booked by Greenwich police set off a fire alarm in his cell, activating sprinklers and flooding the cell block. Haxhi Ibraj, 23, of 83 Wilbur Peck Court was arrested on a warrant stemming from a domestic violence incident last week. In the domestic violence incident Ibraj allegedly cut himself and lied to an officer that his partner had done it. Upon his arrest, he was reportedly argumentative with police while he was being taken to headquarters. Officers said he threatened to resist requests for processing of any type, threatened to cause damage to the cell and demanded that he be given food. Surveillance video confirmed that Ibraj set off the fire alarm and threatened officers, saying he would return with bombs and guns and that "life would be short for all of us." The sprinklers damaged ceiling tiles in the basement. Ibraj was additionally charged with criminal mischief in the first degree, threatening in the second degree, and refusal to be fingerprinted. He was being held on $10,000 bond for the criminal mischief charges and $5,000 for the domestic violence charges. Ibraj is due in court on Dec. 1.

? Matthew Bartnik, 29, of 326 81st St. in Brooklyn, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant charging him with computer crime, harassment in the second degree, and breach of peace. The arrest stemmed from an Oct. 30 incident in which Bartnik allegedly posted to the Internet photos and personal information on a female acquaintance without permission. He was released on a $500 bond and is due in court on Dec. 1.
? Jorge Cesar Mejia, 26, of 246 Six St. in Bridgeport, was arrested last week and charged with larceny in the sixth degree. During a motor vehicle stop, the officer learned that the Ohio license plate on the car Mejia was driving was stolen and that the vehicle was not registered. He was also charged with failure to carry an insurance card. He was released on a $500 bond and is due in court on Nov. 29.
