5 Pool-Hopping Teens Arrested

Five teenagers, including one juvenile, were arrested on charges of simple trespass at the Innis Arden Club. The assistant manager of the club was leaving for the evening on Wednesday when he spotted five youths swimming in the club's pool. When he approached them they began to run to their vehicles. The assistant manager was able to block one car from leaving and called the police. Three of the kids said they were pool-hopping on the hot summer night and contacted the other two youths, who returned to the scene. Macaulay Lerman,18, of 9 Marshall St.; Julia E. Avilies, 18, of 124 Doubling Road; Anna Crist, 18, of 34 Glen Road ; Nicholas Awad, 18, of 4 Skylark Road, and a juvenile were all released to their parents on summonses to appear in court Aug. 6.

Robert D. Kennedy, 49, of 1148 Hope St., #2, Stamford, was charged with creating a public disturbance when he was caught changing his clothes in public. A Valley Road resident who was looking out their window saw Kennedy in the driver's seat of his car completely nude. Kennedy then got out of his car to change into his clothes. After denying that he had been naked, Kennedy admitted to police officers he had been changing in full view of the public. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 6.

Olivia Larson, 18, of 1 Midwood Road, was arrested for violating her probation. She was on probation for a 2009 third-degree robbery conviction. When she failed to fulfill her probation obligations, a warrant was issued for her arrest by the Office of Adult Probation in Stamford. Greenwich Police took her into custody without incident. Larson is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond and is due in court on Aug. 6.
