GREENWICH, Conn. -- A three-car crash is backing up traffic on the southbound Merritt Parkway on Thursday afternoon, the Connecticut Department of Transportation said.
The backup is for 2.4 miles from Exit 29 for Lake Avenue to Exit 27 for Route 120A/King Street. The crash is between Exits 28 and 27, DOT said. Only the right lane is open.
The crash was reported at 4:08 p.m. It was not clear how long it would take to clear the accident scene.
Stop-and-go traffic is reported in the area, DOT said.
