Wolf Featured at Nursery School

The children of Selma Maisel Nursery School of Temple Sholom in Greenwich got a recent visit from two arctic animals well adapted to life in the snow: a white wolf and a white rabbit.

The "Arctic Adventure" program featured Chris Evers, founder and director of Animal Embassy who shared his wildlife photographs, stories of his Canadian polar bear adventure and the animals with the nursery school students. The kids and their parents learned about family life in a wolf pack, what it takes to be a polar bear mom and how animals' colors can change with the seasons.
