Neighboring houses of worship celebrated an interfaith candle and tree lighting Thursday night. As the lights lit up on the Christmas tree outside Christ Church, candles were ignited for Hanukkah outside Temple Sholom. Holiday songs were sung and hot apple cider was plentiful during this community event to kick off the season.
