The Town of Greenwich officially kicked off the holiday season Friday evening as the selectmen and members of the community lit the tree outside Town Hall. Santa and Mrs. Claus gave out toys and candy canes while Frosty and Rudolph took pictures with children. While waiting for the tree to be lighted, the crowd sung along as the Greenwich High School Chamber Singers performed holiday tunes.
