Study Dishes on Holiday Wine

If your job is to bring the wine for Thanksgiving, Katie Stephens of The Study Fine Wine and Spirits in Banksville may be able to help. The shop will have wine tastings throughout the day Saturday during which Stephens will offer advice.

"Thanksgiving allows a little wiggle room," she said. "There is no definitive choice to satisfy all taste preferences and food pairings."

Stephens added that the upcoming holiday is a great time for a wine adventure. Some of her suggestions include a pre-dinner hard cider, sparkling rosé, off-dry wines and fruity reds.
