Medical emergencies can happen at anytime to anybody, and the Greenwich chapter of the American Red Cross wants to make sure you're prepared by offering first aid and CPR classes throughout October.
The classes will give you the confidence and the skills to handle any emergency. Classes include CPR/AED for adults, infants and children, or professional rescuer; standard first aid; child care; and babysitter's training for tweens and teens.

CPR/AED Adults
Saturday, Oct. 16, 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Tuesday, Oct. 26, 6 to 10:30 p.m.
CPR/AED Infant and child
Thursday, Oct. 28, 6 to 10:30 p.m.
Standard First Aid with Adult CPR/AED
Saturday, Oct. 16, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Connecticut child care
Wednesday, Oct. 20, and Thursday, Oct. 21, 6 to 10:30 p.m.
CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer
Thursday, Oct. 14, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; bring lunch
Babysitter's Training, for ages 11 to 15
Saturday, Oct. 23, 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; bring lunch
