Now that life has returned to a slightly more normal pace, parents may be looking for activities to keep the kids occupied. Fortunately, there are lots of things to do in Greenwich during the remainder of the holiday break. Here are a few of them:
? Ice skating at the Dorothy Hamill Ice Rink. Children ages 5 to 15 skate for $4. Visit the town's website for hours.
? For an inexpensive activity, drive through town at night and check out the holiday lights.
? The Greenwich Library is offering "Kid Flicks" on Dec. 28. Children can kick back and watch Toy Story 3 at 2 p.m. There will also be a number of board games for them to play all week.
? For make-it-yourself kids, the Bruce Museum is holding three workshops, Dec. 28-30. Participants can create crafts that center on the museum's latest exhibit, Paper Theaters.
? Kids can enjoy themselves at a Roller Skating party Dec. 29, 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., at the Bendheim Western Greenwich Civic Center.
? If the weather is too frightful, you can always make a great batch of windowpane sugar cookies.
