Greenwich Library To Host Jester Jim For Summer Reading Finale

GREENWICH, CONN. -- The Greenwich Library will celebrate the finale of the summer reading program with a performance Saturday by Jester Jim.

With nothing more than a trunk filled with props and his orange T-shirt, Jester Jim takes the stage and starts his show of comedy, juggling and beat boxing. Jim performers more than 200 shows a year and wows audiences as he juggles clubs, balls, plungers and more.

Bring the whole family for this fun show. Raffle and summer reading prizes will be available, as well as refreshments.

The event will be in the Greenwich Library's Cole Auditorium from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. No are tickets needed. Doors will open at 10:45 a.m. Call 203-622-7940 for more information.

The Teen Summer Reading Film and Finale will be at 5 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 15, in the meeting room of Greenwich Library.

Teens can hang out with their friends, eat pizza and enjoy the movie "SpaceCamp." In this exciting movie (Rated PG), the young attendees of a space camp find themselves in orbit when their shuttle is accidentally launched into space.
