Greenwich Guy Loves His Mac 'n' Cheese

Food is sustenance, but for Sam Raymond it’s much more. The Greenwich residents says he couldn't live without his favorite meal -- macaroni and cheese. "Kids like it, adults like it, what could be better?"

Sam and a handful of other residents recently revealed to  TheDailyGreenwich what it was they just couldn’t live without.

Smartphones have made the World Wide Web accessible 24/7 and Mary Ann Moore of Greenwich said she couldn’t get by without hers, in this case a Blackberry.

Catherine Mari admitted to a phone dependency also. "My phone is on me at all times," she said. "I don't think I could ever go back to a phone that didn't have the Internet."

Like Sam Raymond and his macaroni, Charlotte Hevson and Marcia Dodd say food -- done right -- is their must-have. "We both moved to Greenwich from England eight months ago and we're craving some good food," said Dodd.

Katy Tedeseo from Greenwich Kitchen Works said many residents seem to be attached to the Sodastream, a machine that turns tap water into sparkling water.

And every busy mom at home can't live without certain beauty products. "With the harsh weather outside, many women are desperate for a good moisturizer," said Michelle Baker, an education specialist at Sephora. She said some other essentials are a lightweight hairdryer and lash growth serum to pump up those luscious lashes.
