Thursday's festivities include a kickoff party from 6:30 to 9 p.m. and will feature wines from Ninety+ Cellars and gourmet hors d’oeuvres, plus a silent auction. Proceeds from ticket sales and the silent auction will go to The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp for children with cancer. Cocktail attire is required and tickets are limited.
The Grand Tasting Gala will take place Friday from 6:30 to 10 p.m. The gala will include special dishes and live demonstrations from featured chefs as well as wines from The Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits.
The gala will also feature live music from country music star Pat Green.
The final day of the festival will be an all-day event, including the Culinary Village that will be open from noon until 5 p.m. and will feature Gourmet tastings by 90 of the Northeast’s finest food, wine and spirit vendors.
There will also be a VIP tent featuring a private lounge, open bar, specialty gourmet tastings and a buffet dinner. Ticketed guests will also have access to VIP parking, private restrooms and an intimate viewing of the evenings live performance. The VIP tent will be open from noon to 10 p.m.
There will be a celebrity demonstration tent featuring celebrity chefs, sommeliers and mixologists. Click here for the complete schedule.
