Get The 'Answer' At The Library

Fans of the newspaper advice column can get up close and personal with one of its leading lights when "The Lady With all the Answers" returns to the Greenwich Library on Nov. 20.

David Rambo’s one-woman drama stars Carol Eagen as the late Ann Landers, who answers  letters from brokenhearted teens, confused couples and a plethora of others seeking her counsel. Landers is direct and honest with her readers – sharing her opinions on nude housekeeping, sibling rivalries, wandering spouses and the correct way to hang toilet paper.

Replying to countless letters about love and love’s misfortune, Landers finds herself confronting her own heartbreak. As she struggles to finish the piece, Landers learns more about herself by talking about America and how it helped shape the sexual and social landscape of the last half-century.

The M&M Production is free and open to the public. Due to the nature of the performance, the Greenwich Library recommends only adults attend. It will begin at 2 p.m. in the Cole Auditorium. For more information, call (203) 622-7900.
