Many couples, like Bill and Patricia Hallenbeck, pictured above, danced the night away to the music of Gunsmoke, Fairfield Countys resident country band, at Roger Sherman Baldwin Park on Wednesday night. An award-winning group, Gunsmoke played new country hits from the likes of Garth Brooks as well as old standbys by Eddie Arnold. Sponsored by the Department of Parks and Recreation, it was the first Wednesday Night Concert Series show in weeks that hasnt been rained out. The next show will be the Doo Wop group, In Harmony on August 4.
