Byram Library Keeps Kids Busy During Break

Kids may be getting used to lazy days at home after the many snow days. But with winter break around the corner, you may be looking for a way to keep your children busy. The Byram Shubert Library is hosting a series of programs for kids at the library during February break.

• Lisa Lou will bring "Super Circus Stuff" and have audience members participate in a number of circus routines Feb. 14 at 10:30 a.m.

• Brazilian artist Lucia will show kids how to "Be Creative with Clay" on Feb. 15. Children can learn about fun things to do with clay in classes at 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.

• Madcap artist Alleyn Gooen will enchant library visitors with his array of balloon creatures Feb. 16 at 10:30 a.m.

• Kids can show off their artistic side on Feb. 17 with a seasonal art workshop on making winter collages. The program will begin at 10:30 a.m.

The library is at 21 Mead Ave. in Greenwich. For more information, call 203-531-4026.
