Record Crowd Attends Greenwich Chamber's First Networking Event Of Year

GREENWICH, Conn. -- The Greenwich Chamber of Commerce recently held its first networking event of the year at Citarella.

The crowd of more than 200 people was a record for attendance. Tasting and carving stations of cheese, international wines, artisanal pizza, sushi, poached salmon, lasagna, fresh squeezed juice, handmade mozzarella and fine desserts attracted Chamber members and guests at the event on Thursday, Jan. 27.

All attendees were eligible to win prizes including tickets to Greenwich Symphony and monogrammed tote bags. Citarella owner Joe Gurrera welcomed the crowd to his six-month-old store, which also has locations in Southampton and New York City.
