Doors will be open Friday from 5 to 9 p.m. for the “Sneak Peek” featuring more than 50 vendors for holiday presents, a gingerbread workshop and other activities.
The official opening of the Enchanted Forest will take place Saturday at 9 a.m. for Santa’s Breakfast attendees. General admission hours are Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
New for 2015 – all trees are “Buy It Now” and will be available for sale starting Friday night.
There will be a wide selection of activities including “Breakfast with Santa” with entertainment by Graham Clarke, and a children’s afternoon tea event, “Clara’s Tea,” available on Sunday. Other features and highlights occurring throughout the weekend include gingerbread workshops; complimentary family entertainment by a host of local acts, choral groups and dance companies; a Holiday Playland filled with bouncy castles; The Children’s Giving Shop; and the Winter Gala 2015, the Saturday night cocktail party with a silent auction.
This year’s gala will feature music by the New York Phenoms. Funds raised from The Enchanted Forest go directly toward supporting impactful community projects that are identified, designed and implemented by the Junior League of Greenwich.
General Admission tickets for Saturday and Sunday are $12 for adults, and $6 for children ages 2-12 and seniors.
