Greenwich Library Offers Technology Training Programs In Early January

GREENWICH, Conn. -- The technology training staff at Greenwich Library has announced their line-up of classes planned for January:

  • Monday, Jan. 5 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., All-day eBooks: New eReader for the holidays? An all-day walk-in eBook marathon help session will teach residents how to load library audio and eBooks onto your eReader or tablet. 
  • Wednesday, Jan. 7 at 11 a.m., Trending Monthly: Health for Seniors: Explore health and wellness for seniors using the technology residents already have. 
  • Monday, Jan. 12 at 2 p.m., Apple TV for Education & Entertainment: Apple TV is the next big thing combining the Internet with on demand TV for movies, educational videos, photos and more. 
  • The library’s regular drop-in computer lab is offered three times each week: on Saturdays and Tuesdays at 11 a.m., and Thursdays at 3 p.m., from Tuesday, Jan. 6 through Saturday, Jan. 31. No drop-in lab on Saturday, Jan. 3.
