Saturday, April 23, from 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.: Celebrate Earth Day with Animal Embassy. Families will meet incredible Animal Ambassadors representing diverse habitats such as a Eurasian Eagle Owl, an Australian Eclectus Parrot and a Flemish Giant Rabbit. Participants will also discuss the significance of Earth Day and the challenges and successes of wildlife conservation. Recommended for ages 4 and up.
Tuesday, April 26 from 10:30 - 11 a.m.: Petite Concert, featuring 30-minute live concerts for the youngest of listeners. From newborns to preschoolers, these concerts are informal and interactive. Petite Concerts contain well known (and very short) musical selections with violinist Chie Yoshinaka. There will be a five-minute instrument discovery session at the end of the performance.
