The preview party, from 6-8 p.m. Friday has a $10 admission fee. On Saturday, admission is free from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The sale will offer more than 8,000 books across all categories, from new releases to collectible editions to “beach reading.” It also offers kids and young adult books.
Books are sorted by category in the church’s Selleck Hall.
Most books sell for $1 or $2 and prices drop the last hour to $5 a bag. Baked goods and coffee will be on sale.
Held annually for the last 20 years (except 2015) the Riverside sale attracts book dealers and readers alike.
Donations of clean, gently used books, CDs and DVDs are welcome at the church from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday.
Proceeds from the sale will benefit the programs and mission activities of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church.
