GREENWICH, Conn. -- The Greenwich Chamber of Commerce is holding its next "Women Who Matter Luncheon" on Thursday, Oct. 29, from 12:30 to 2 p.m. at Milbrook Club.

Nancy Armstrong, producer and founding member of the team that created the award-winning website and documentary series, "MAKERS—Women Who Make America," will be the guest speaker at the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce Luncheon.
