Dubbed "Burgers, Beer and Butchers" it will take place the third Thursday of each month from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
On these nights, the shop welcomes the community to visit the shop for butchery demos, and butchers - aka the meat concierges - will offer advice on how to buy and prepare meats. Guests are encouraged to get to know the butchers and ask questions about cuts, sourcing, recommended cooking tips and anything else that strikes them.
Guest will also be able to try samples of Fleishers signature fare, like their delicious burgers made from pasture-raised beef, and pours of local Connecticut beers and beverages.
The event is free and open the public. The Greenwich shop located at 160 East Putnam Ave., opened in October and is the fourth Fleishers butcher shop in the tri-state area.
