Children's Groups To Celebrate First Night Of Hanukkah At Greenwich YMCA

GREENWICH, Conn. -- Greenwich's Jewish Day School students, Chabad of Greenwich's Hebrew School students and children from Chabad of Greenwich's Gan Preschool will perform at the outdoor Menorah Lighting on Sunday at the Greenwich YMCA.

The children will be performing along with the Shlock Rock band. These three groups, Jewish Day School students from Carmel Academy, Greenwich's Jewish school for grades K-8, the Bi-Cultural Day school and Greenwich's preschoolers, are also invited to bring a toy to the first night of Chanukah celebration at the YMCA of Greenwich for needy families and the Jewish Relief Agency.

The Shlock Rock band will be performing and a Chanukah dance party will commence. 

The event begins at 4 p.m. The Greenwich YMCA is located at 50 E. Putnam Ave.
