Bendheim Western Greenwich Civic Center Schedules Youth Golf Clinics

GREENWICH, Conn. – Youth Golf Clinics will begin at the Bendheim Western Greenwich Civic Center on Fridays starting April 1 for five weeks for children 6-10 years old.

There will be three classes each Friday. Class 1 will be held from 3:45-4:30 p.m. Class 2 will be held from 4:30-5:15 p.m. and Class 3 will be held from 5:15-6 p.m.

The course will be held in the Bendheim Western Civic Center Gym and field. Join Coach John Czarnecki for an introduction to the fundamentals of golf.

Become acquainted with the basics, including proper grip, stance, swing, alignment, balance, course etiquette and rules of the game. Czarnecki holds a certified coaching permit with the State of Connecticut and has been a golf coach at Greenwich High School since 2005.

The course fee is $125. Registration will begin by mail only starting Monday, March 7. Walk-in registration will begin on Monday, March 14 until classes are full.
