Memaj joined Webster in 2008 as a part-time teller in the Westport office and quickly became full time before being promoted again to the Norwalk office, where she held a series of positions with increasing responsibility. In 2012, the Norwalk resident was promoted again – this time to assistant banking center manager in Greenwich.
