GREENWICH, Conn. -- Saks Fifth Avenue has signed a lease for its third location in Greenwich, adding an additional 14,000 square feet of space to the store’s name, according to a story on greenwichtime.com.
The new lease at 200 Greenwich Ave. is directly across from the store’s original Greenwich location, a 34,000-square-foot space at 205 Greenwich Ave, the story said.
In August, Saks signed a lease for 13,500 square feet just around the corner from the two Greenwich Avenue locations at 20 E. Elm St., which will be turned into a women’s shoes and accessories store, the story said.
