A wind advisory has been issued and will remain in effect until Monday evening, according to the National Weather Service.
Winds will be constant, from 15-20 mph, with powerful gusts up to 45 mph at times.
With strong winds comes the potential for knocked-down tree limbs and power lines. Expect scattered outages, the Weather Service said.
Monday's wintry weather brings the possibility of snow flurries and sprinkles. The activity could come and go throughout the afternoon, when 40-degree air will feel frigid thanks to wind chill values of 25-30.
Tonight, under cloudy skies, the air will dip under the freezing mark, with wind chill values of 20-25. Winds of 15-17 mph will gust to 37 at times.
Tuesday will be a sunny and windy day, with a high near 40. Still, wind chill values will make it seem colder, between 20 and 30. Winds of 15-18 mph will have gusts up to 32.
Sunny Wednesday will bring warmer air to 43 and decreased winds, only 6-9 mph. Clouds will increase overnight, when the mercury hits the freezing mark.
Thanksgiving Day arrives with a chance of early morning snow, expected to turn to rain. Cloudy skies will prevail, with a high near 47. The chance of rain on the holiday is 40 percent.
It will likely drizzle overnight Thursday under cloudy skies and the air will remain above freezing, near 36.
