Patches of fog Monday morning is expected to last until around 11 a.m., otherwise Monday will be a rainy one, with patchy showers and thunderstorms lasting through the afternoon, then isolated thunderstorms returning in the evening. The skies will be otherwise cloudy, and temperatures could be as high as 55 degrees.
Monday night is expected to bring drizzle or light rain after midnight, and the patchy fog returns overnight under a cloud covering. The precipitation chance is 60 percent and temperatures will dip slightly to 49 degrees.
The rainy weather will persist into Tuesday morning, when foggy areas are expected until mid-day, then the afternoon will be mostly cloudy. The rain is likely to continue throughout the day, with the potential of bringing a tenth to a quarter of an inch of water to the region.
Showers will possibly drench areas again Tuesday night, mainly before midnight, along with patchy fog. The rest of the night will be cloudy and cool around 46 degrees.
More showers will come Wednesday, with fog throughout the early morning hours until 9 a.m., making the commute treacherous again. Otherwise it will be cloudy and warm, around 59 degrees.
The showers will continue overnight, with a 40 percent chance of more water, and cooler air could be as low as 46 degrees. Winds will be light Wednesday night.
Thursday showers are slightly less likely, though still a 30 percent chance. Clouds will hover and temperatures go back up to 59 degrees.
The showers will continue Thursday night, when it will be cloudy and cool, near 48 degrees.
It will be mostly cloudy with showers again Friday, though the air will reach a high peak for the weak, possibly hitting 61 degrees.
