FAIRFIELD, Conn. Fairfields forecast looks good for the start of the weekend, but thunderstorms could once again put an early end to weekend festivities. The National Weather Service predicts storms will hit Fairfield as early as Saturday night after a few days of warm, sunny weather.
Fridays forecast looks mostly good, with sunny skies, a slight breeze and temperatures in the mid-80s. Some showers might pop up Saturday, but the weather service says the day will be mostly sunny with a high of 80. Rain and thunder are far more likely on Sundaythe weather service lists a 50 percent chance that the weekend will end with storms that begin late Saturday night and carry on into Monday.
