Fairfield Will See Chance Of Snow Showers Overnight Into Tuesday

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Increasing clouds Monday is bringing a threat of snow showers to Fairfield County overnight and into Tuesday.

Monday will be partly sunny with a high of 44 degrees. But the clouds will increase during the day, and showers will become likely in the late night and into early Tuesday morning. Low temperatures will be about 35 degrees with a 60 percent chance of precipitation. 

Tuesday will start gloomy, but will gradually clear in the afternoon with a high about 50 degrees. 

Wednesday will be sunny, but much cooler with a high of only 36 degrees. 

Thursday will be sunny and slightly warmer with highs in the low 40s. 

Rain and snow could threaten the area on Friday going into the weekend.
